Filter Access Issue During First Maintenance
We installed two of these units during the construction phase of our building renovation. The filter is located behind the drain, making it difficult to access when removing the front cover. This is our first time changing the filter, and due to limited clearance, it appears that removing the side panel might provide easier access. Has anyone encountered this issue, and is side panel removal the recommended approach for filter replacement?

Dispense rate too small
We have this in our dressing room at the theatre and it just isn't sufficient for our 12 person cast. If the whole cast try to fill up their bottles, the machine doesn't dispense anymore and you have to wait quite a while for it to dispense water again. How much water is it supposed to dispense because it's called a "Bottle filling station" but those bottles has to be very small it seems.
