Easy set up with only 4 bolts to install. Its heavy so if your not very strong, get someone to help get out of box. Watch out for part of machine that has hand rails. You must install bolts to hold it up or it will fall on you like it did me. No damage luckily. Very easy to operate and does have good walking impact dampers where you walk. It does not fold up to store away so make sure you have a spot where it can be left 24/7. power cord for me is too short so depending where your power recptor is on wall, you may need an extension cord . The main power button is underneath the front bottom base area where power cord is connected so you will need to bend down to turn power on each time you use it or leave on and just unplug from wall if its closer. I don't like it but it could be a safety feature i guess. The display is huge but the digital text and numbers are small so there is a bunch of wasted space. Need my glasses to see what the feature titles say. I would recommend to manufacturer to increase the digital read out size and make titles of fearures digital as well and not just small white letters. The other thing this machine doesn't do is there is no pause feature so if you have go restroom, answer a call drink water. You will have to stop the treadmill and if your not done with your walk or routine, it resets back to zero. This i do not like at all but the treadmill is very good quality. The tablet holder goes on easily but it hides one or two readouts on display. Overall for the money you spend, its ok but i will continue my use of it and if I can get used to the things i dont like about it, I may just keep it.
