I love this machine. I was a little overwhelmed when I took all of the parts out. I went on YouTube and found a video for this exact elliptical. It was very easy to put together. The only issue I had was that one of the pedals kept slipping but one I started using it it stays on track. Also one of the screw holes weren't drilled completely so I wasn't able to insert a screw on the grip bar but it's an overall great machine. If you're having issues go watch the video on YouTube to help you assemble this elliptical. Simply type in video for maxkare elliptical and it'll pop up.
This is waaaay nicer than I expected! It's very sturdy, quiet, and gives a great workout! The only problem I had was one of the screw holes was threaded wrong, but a friend re-threaded it for me. The instructions are HARD to understand, but if you watch the recommended video on YouTube, it's really easier to put together.
the pre assembled parts are coming loose, and the tools that came with the kit don't fit to fix the fittings. the screw on the pedal has come loose while using.
no resistance on the resistance knob adjustment......%23 1 is suppose to be the least resistance and %23 8 the hardest resistance......it feels like %231 all the time
The wheels keep falling off track when on it. Whenever I try to adjust my feet as I am running, the wheels slide off the track. Also, it seems each time I use it there something that needs to be adjusted in regards to either the stabilizers or put more grease on the tracks. It makes noise as if something is about to come apart, but when checked all of the bolts are tight. I am 5' 5" and feel as if I am leaning forward in order to reach the handle bars. This along with the wheels sliding off make it a horrible running experience. It is so uncomfortable and my back starts aching from the positioning caused by this. I bought this one as it was similar to one I previously had, and loved, however I feel I should have spent more money and gotten a different one, but you get what you pay for I guess in this case. I would not refer people to purchase this Elliptical.
Product arrive on usable this product is defective because it's a bolt or a screw to be used on the right to attach the pedal is tripped and over tightened and I cannot get it out so this product have been sitting in my house for the last few months still unable to use contact the seller no response contacted walmart they contacted the seller no response so now I want my money back
For two years it worked fine, although it did quickly become the loudest elliptical I've ever used. One day one teeny tiny little washer piece broke and fell out of the bottom. The flywheel got out of alignment and any use of the machine started grinding down the metal. There were literally metal filings magnetized to everything inside when I opened the body to see if it was fixable. Fine if you want a machine that only lasts a few years, or for very occasional use, but it is not built for long term use. I've had cheaper machines that lasted two to three times as long as this.
