Chairs came with tools for assembly and went together fairly easily. Of the 6 chairs, one of them had the back support piece that expands to put tension across the back at the top that would not turn for the adjustment. I had to put it in a vice and work it back and forth a couple of times to get it to work. Aside from that one piece, the chairs are very nice and seem pretty sturdy. Over-all I'm pleased with them for the money I spent.

The chairs are decent for the money. Hands down you can't find a better deal on them. However the assembly on these are a little tricky. You have 2 washers you must use for these and the directions are not very clear where to put the fat washer on the belt either you have too little of them are not enough of them. Plus you have to muscle them on the last bolt to put the nut on the bolt. Lastly the backing to these chairs dont stay taught from the stable over backing bar. Not terrible but comprises the look overall.

Ordered these for my mom for Mother's Day and didn't realize how annoying they would be to set up. The backing of the chair is sooooo tight/firm that it's difficult to assemble. I wouldn't recommend buying unless you have time to really fight with each chair.

These are great chair but impossible to assemble. To pull the mesh far enough to reach the bolt and add the nut takes more strength than I have. Finally assembled one with help and the use of a very large clamp. However, it's there is no good location to use the clamp without covering the holes for the bolt. Truly a nightmare. I reached out to the company repeatedly and they did give a small refund, but I still have unassembled chairs. Would love to use them...if only I could.

The chairs require assembly, however a flaw in the of the seat cover being an inch short and not reaching the needed frame necessary to make the chair a chair. Very disappointed. Also I lost my money, as the item has to be returned to the vendor and not the store, since it was an online purchase.

I'm a very handy person. And these things are impossible to put together. I spent over an hour trying to assemble one chair. And I have assembled hundreds of items. This is why I'm returning the item. Although you cannot return it to Walmart. You have to wait for the shipper to get back to you. Fingers crossed it will not be a drawn out process. I thought I was processing it from Walmart. Which is the reason I bought it from Walmart online because of their easy returns.

The seats of these chairs are not wide enough to fit in the frame, I contacted the helpdesk and they offered some suggestions but nothing could override the fact that these are not the right size. I am very disappointed because I really love the color and the stackable feature.

The predrilled holes are really hard to line up. Weight rating is 350 lb. After assembly my husband who weighs 180 tested the chair. The webbing and rubber bead pulled completely out of one side. I had to pound it back in place. Being held together with gorilla glue and gorilla tape! No not buy.

Do not purchase. The seat and the frame does not align and it becomes impossible to assemble even with the help of another person. Additionally, the seller makes ut extremely difficult to refund you. After several back and forth conversation with the seller, they only gave me $40 to find a handyman to assemble. Again, the chairs I received could not be assembled because the frame and seat are not aligned to fit together. Stay away from this product and seller.

Ordered light grey. Received dark blue. Tried to star a return and Walmart said someone from ELPOSUN would contact me within 48 hours. It's been 4 days and I've still not heard from anyone. The chairs are nice, but customer service is terrible. Oh, and I paid $40 for shipping.
