I originally got this for my daughter as she was loosing weight while she was in school; but she ended up eating more when home. Her brother started to eat less, I'm guessing he started to get lonely without his sister home all day. The ingredients are clean and is helping his nutrition as he has been gaining weight again. The first few days, he did have constipation; but we just up'ed his water intake to offset it. He is able to taste the nutty flavor, but doesn't mind it. I do recommend it for toddlers who are having trouble gaining weight.
Our 2nd daughter was way different from the first when she started drinking formula. We tried almost every non-dairy formula and she just wasn't digesting and having normal BM's until we discovered Else. It took us a year to find her perfect match and she's been loving it ever since. I just wish it was more available in other stores, b/c it's sometimes hard to find it out it'll be out of stock for a little bit. Overall, great formula for our little princess.
Baby had always been exclusively breastfeeding and now eating solids. We started incorporating this formula too and baby has been loving it. I highly recommend!
Dairy free and no soybean oil, which is hard to find, even the hypoallergenic has soy oil. Nutritious and omega 3 and 6 for brain development. Good flavor. I actually wish they had a different kind that had less vitamins, my toddler wants to drink about 2 or 3 servings throughout the day sometimes, but that would be too many vitamins, so i split 5 scoops (10oz) into 2 bottles for the day and even thats too much since 4 scoops is a nutritionally complete serving, but the can even has directions for 5 scoops
Our son can't have and dairy, this has been great for transitioning off nursing and the $$$$ formula we were using! Smells really good and has great ingredient list.
Else Nutrition Omega Formula is the best! My great grand son is allergic to different formulas, and I'm so happy to say he is tolerating this one very well. It's available when I order online! I'm so satisfied.
When i purchase it it was 2 for $40. I slowly give it to my daughter and it give her the worst diarrhea she had every had smh. She didnt like the taste also. But we stuck with it and after 1 can her stomach got use to it. And she liked the taste of it.
My baby did not like this but then again she was strictly bearded and trying to find other healthy alternatives will take time. Not sure if it was supposed to have it but, there was no scoop. Other than that I can't really rate it off of taste. She hasn't liked any replacement drinks.
Smells like stinky feet and my toddler won't drink it by itself. Also very dark in color. I have to mix it 2 oz of the drink with 4 oz of milk to dilute it enough. I was looking for something with no soy and corn syrup for those days when he doesn't eat well for me. Still on the hunt.
Purchased twice within the last month for a total of 8 cans and both times the package was delayed with no notification. This is HIGHLY unacceptable especially for the price. Not to mention the very first can i opened had residue on the rim when you take the lid off
