No more bitterness and wonderfully hydrating
My lips and the surrounding tissue are very dry and susceptible to additional dryness and sunburn during the summer months. I've tried numerous lip sunscreens without a successful remedy until I tried eltamd. This sunscreen has a very light hint of mint but it is not flavored, which I prefer. Many lip sunscreens leave a terrible taste in your mouth, but eltamd does not have that problem. It quickly melts into your lips and surrounding areas leaving your mouth area feeling hydrated. It provides excellent sun protection for this highly sensitive area. I have multiple tubes stashed about so I am never without. Wonderfully effective product that has a pleasant taste.

Best SPF lip product!
It's difficult to find a good lip balm with SPF! Most come with a heavy white cast and taste terrible. Elta's goes on smoothly, feels moisturizing, without a white cast*. While I seldom intentionally taste lip products, they do get in my mouth from time to time, and this one is pretty neutral in the taste department. I've never suffered a sunburn on my lip while wearing it, so it appears to work well! * my skin is very fair

Great protection
I have used this product for several years and really like it. It goes on my lips easily and I feel like it is protecting my lips from sun damage.

This is a great product for your lips. Has a light cast to it but I kinda like that. Feels smooth & light. Definitely buying again.

Looks great and protects
Love that this has spf and it looks amazing. A scent would be better. Just a little one. My fav for outdoors

Unusable below 70 degrees
Love this product but it becomes very diffiicult to get out of the tube, even in the summer. We live at altitude and cool summer mornings make the lotion too hard. As a result the seam at the top breaks. Too expensive to have this happen. If temps are below 70's this becomes unusable.

White Cast
The lip balm is mint scented and is a very thin formula, however, it leaves a white cast. You can put on a little and get no white cast, but then there's no point in even putting it on. If you have any melanin at all, look for a tinted spf lip balm that isn't this.

Pour Product
Any cheaper lip balm works as well as this. Definitely not worth the price, leaves a white coat on your lips, doesn't last.
