My Elvie Stride pump has been essential in my continuation of our breast-feeding journey. Without it, I would not be able to continue to be as productive at work and in pumping. This pump has made it so easy for me and my family, and I'm so glad to be able to purchase replacement parts to continue using it.

I was devastated when I found a crack in my original connect kit. Customer service was great at helping troubleshoot the problem and finding the right parts. These arrived fast and have been working well ever since!

I had to replace the tubing because milk got in some how and compromised the machine, I reviewed the questions with the rep to see if it was my fault or a lemon and they happily said they would replace only the hub and even though I was in the warranty of two years they only replaced the hub, not the tubes/connect kit, It arrived with a bent/dent in one of the tubes, I was concerned it had a slit or cut in it, seems to be working ok, just frustrating. Thanks.

4 months in I started having issues with the cups popping open. Online solutions included cleaning, making sure dry, making sure aligned. After cleaning over and over and replacing gasket seal I still am having issues. This is a great pump but the gasket seems to be the Achilles heel. Parts are expensive so not sure if I will switch to another pump. Support only told me that parts were no longer under warranty and to buy new ones

I wish that there were an option to have it held at the stare. The item was left on the front entry way of my complex's secured building where there are many dishonest people who would happily steal it.

I ordered a replacement connect kit after my last one unexplainably got milk in the tubing. I contacted Elvie who was very unhelpful with trouble shooting how this happened. I ordered a new tubing and the new tubing has a hole or something in the right side and the suction doesn't work. So now I have tubing with milk in it that elvie wouldn't help me trouble shoot and other tubing that doesn't work and hundreds invested in a pump that is currently not functional. While it is a nice pump when it worked given the multiple technical issues I Would not recommend
