wouldn't charge,screen going to line all time,no one would take back,product is junk and your out the money.took to Walmart to do exchange cause it was a black item answer was no.tryed to get refund item not refundable.call number and talk to then.were going to give you a refund ok never happened. know stuck with product that doesn't work.
