Omg! I'm so happy with this!!!! I was super skeptical since I read the reviews but boyyyyy I don't regret getting this one bit! This is PERFECT. Even more stunning than the pic. At least mine came in great conditions. The box was dirty but that's alright. The instructions were very clear as well. However I did take 6 hours and 1 hour another day lol

The parts were not clearly labeled, which made assembly more difficult than necessary. Having to drill holes was especially frustrating. Overall, the assembly was manageable, but the instructions and labeling need significant improvement.

This listing is false advertisement all the way around. In the pictures it looks like the desk is made of quality material. It's not it's made of some kind of cheap wood that's painted over black. I could've made the mirror myself. Then some off parts aren't labeled I have to pay someone to put it together so if your order this make sure you add on assembly however you shouldn't order it all.

This vanity came in a VERY damaged box. It also came in a million pieces that were not labeled at all. When reading the directions it's told to get piece number … and no pieces were numbered. Took my husband 5 hours to put together. Once together about half of the drawers work well the others work but not super smoothly, the rails had pre drilled holes so nothing we could have done differently to make them work better. In the end it is a beautiful vanity and my 11 year old is pleased just don't know that it's worth the money and it's definitely a pain to assemble with nothing labeled.

Stool as stated in the photo for this desk was “included” i didn't receive said stool. Parts of the wood are damaged. It also said that they're bluetooth speakers on the side as well and didn't receive those either. Your only getting the desk on which you will drill those screw's yourself in, some don't come pre screwed. Both mirrors were in stable condition and weren't damaged.

Product arrived damaged (wood damage due to poor packaging). LED lights and charging station parts were missing. Tried calling manufacturer but the number listed is an inactive phone number so was unable to get ahold of them. Product took several hours to build.

I was so disappointed when this came in. The way they boxed this was atrocious. The mirror came shattered. When I say shattered I don't mean a small piece, I mean it was shattered so bad there was glass fragments outside the box. The lights came in the same day just thrown in there as well. For the quality I got, I'd be better off getting it off Amazon.

this was HORRIBLE!!! horrible to assemble with little explanation, the main piece with the mirror came with a chunk missing, the main piece with the drawers one side was marked out but the other was not so it was a guessing game and needed to re level them or they dont match up! also there is not enough support for how heavy the top is and it wiggles!!!

The items aren't properly labeled and the instructions are terrible and hard to read with no labeled items or poorly labeled items. The drawers aren't aligning and difficult to assemble. Manufacture defect in multiple areas. I'm not sure hiring a person to do it for you would even help. It is nice looking and good for the price but the whole thing wasn't able to be assembled completely due to defective or wrong items provided. The pieces were not matching up and too big and can't even contact anyone from this place to get help.

The representative was friendly enough I sent her an inventory of what I was missing. They sent it out to me quickly via FedEx. . Unfortunately, I don't even think they paid attention to the inventory that I sent because I still didn't get most of the parts . Also warning the vanity comes with multiple direction packets, which are all different. Parts are labeled different in each packet. Even if I had all the parts, I don't think I could've put it together. Do not buy this vanity.
