Keeps coffee hot! Love it!!
The design and the look is fine. I have another Ember coffee cup, not a travel mug, and it's great! The travel mug doesn't keep coffee warm for very long. The well insulated coffee cups are much better. I recommend the Contigo or Yeti insulated cups better.
Does not work fully consistently
Product stopped working less that a month of purchase. I tried to reach out to the company and they never responded. Walmart would have reimbursed me but I did not have the packaging. Terrible product and shame on Ember for ripping folks off!
randomly turns off for no reason
The battery only work for 35 minutes. I returned because didn't meet my expectations
