I just finished watching the emerald City season one . It was such a good and different spin on the wizard of oz , more of an adult movie ,but definitely had me binge watching this ! can't wait to see or find season two . very happy with this dvd !

Loved It
This was a great retelling of the story. The actors were believable and the story arc was original and well done. The costumes were gorgeous. I wish they did a sequel.

Great take on a Modern Day Wizard of Oz
I really enjoyed this show a lot. It was such a different take on the Wizard of Oz. It tells the story of a modern day version Dorothy and the different events that land her in Emerald City. This series had so much potential and I am so saddened that it was canceled because it was very well-written. Even if it's only one season, I still recommend that people watch it because it was a true masterpiece. I really wish that it would be picked up by another studio or network.
