The installation bracket was straight on the wall, but the bracket for the TV was not straight. We had to adjust the wall bracket to make the tv alignment straight.

I have a 75" tv and after they attached it to the wall mount it did not seem to be strong enough. I decided on a stronger mount. It would be great for a smaller tv. I like the way it came away from the wall so to see the tv back.

Quality TV mount for the price. Easy to install. 65" flatscreen is looking good up there. Delivery of the mount was quick and problem free.

Perfect
This wall mount worked perfecr for what I needed! Installed quickly and easily, holds up my 55". Love the swivel options. Great buy.

Not sure if it is me or the installation itself. It seemed the TV itself was not secure from the back. The TV was really heavy. 65 inch OLED Amazon Omni. The mount fell from the top. Luckily the bottom mount stayed on. Half of the TV was still intact. The TV survived. I will make sure it has better anchors and will find a stud.

Quality issues
The back end support bracket came loose and haven't heard back from the seller. Item is shipping without any additional packaging and damage to the carton is also noted

Well, it was very flimsy and it was sold for up 84 tv, but when it arrived it says on the box up to 70

Wrong item and not strong.
As mentioned in so many comments, they send mount for 70” only. Clearly not suitable for 85”.. They send you wrong mount. Seems like it's a super common problem with Emerald. There are whole lot of videos on YouTube about this. Not recommended.
