Great value
Grey vitamins, especially for the price. Methylated b12 and folate, third party tested, one pill a day. I've use these for the past few months and love them!

inexpensive and effective
I have tried a few brands of methylated vitamins (I have MTHFR mutation) and these are by far the best. I feel the most energized and healthy, other cheaper brands seem to have more filler than vitamins. I have been taking them for a year, it has by far helped my fibromyalgia by a lot.

Emerald Complete would best suit me
After reviewing numerous vitamin mineral supplements, I concluded that this particular product - Emerald Complete would best suit me regarding ingredients and cost.

ACTIVE FORMS of B vitamins
I like that they're all active forms of B vitamins and Vit. E is just 10 mg. I just wished the vit. D is 2000 iu, vit C at least 300 mg, magnesium 100mg and Iodine 100 mcg.
