I feel more energetic taking these. A daily serving is 4 capsules. They have clinical potency, non gmo ingredients, no magnesium sterate, gluten free, vegetarian formula, and raw food based, and iron free. They are somewhat pricey compared to the vitamins I was taking.

My primary care doctor just prescribed methylated folate so this works perfectly for me. It had the added bonus of many other vitamins we may be lacking in our diet.

These seem to be a good and complete vitamin and enzyme supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a smell or leave a taste after taking them. The reason I only gave them three stars is because you have to take four a day. In my opinion, that's an awful lot and that's why I don't recommend them. I think there are plenty of other excellent vitamin and mineral supplements that don't require you to take nearly as many.

These vitamins did not agree with my system. They gave me diarrhea, left a bad after taste and turned my urine yellow and smelly. I stopped taking them and everything went back to normal. They will probably work fine for other people.
