These are great for my mid-afternoon snack attack. At only 100 calories I'm not wrecking my diet or ruining my dinner. And these "seasoned" ones taste a bit better than regular roasted ones. Try them - I think you'll like them!

Great price for great snacks
Love these! I'm on a high protein diet and keeping these in my car for the drive home holds me over until dinner so I don't stop for candy or fries!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

great snacks for taking on airplane
Wanted some small snack that would fit on my bag ( the budget airlines don't give you snacks anymore!) and this was perfect. they were tasty and took up very little space. Gave a good protein/energy boost on our evening flight. And eating gives you something to do!

Hard to control yourself!
This project is so good that you will want to eat more than one pack. It has a unique roasted flavor with just the right amount of salt. I would recommend this to all my friends. The cashews are delicious too.

I LOVE these! Great for a snack or a small pick me up in the afternoons between meals. I buy the 100 calorie packs as they are convenient and calories are couted for you!

Emerald rocks
these packs are great. There are just enough nuts to satisfy but not enough to overdo. They are only 3 Weight Watcher points, too.
