I have been using this product for years. It dissolves well in water and tastes good, not too sweet. Whenever I get a cold threatening to start up, I start downing this product and I truly believe that it helps my immune system and weakens the cold. I love this stuff! You are replenishing your electrolytes, providing your body with much needed vitamin C and not a lot of sugar and no artificial sweeteners. I have recommended this product many many times to others.

This product is very easy to use. I don't know what it does for immunity calm energy Just put it in a bottle of water and leave the cap open for a few seconds and ready to go. easy to carry in purse lunchbox etc.

For having so much benefit the taste is great. Personally I enjoy the fizz. I take these super condensed by using less water. If you don’t want to eat a bunch of oranges or other foods with these vitamins/benefits these packets are probably gonna be your next best option!

I have been using this product off and on since the late 80's. Lately I have been doing a lot more physical labor and get quite a workout several days each week. I have been using Emergen-C about four times a week and drink the mix around 3:00 PM. I only pour about 6 OZ. of water when I stir in the Emergen-C. I use Walmart's One Gallon Spring Water each time. I have experienced more energy overall and have not been run down or sick at all this year. Just my regular allergies. I also take a 1000 MG Vitamin C everyday in addition to my multiple vitamins that I take. You really can't go wrong with using Emergen-C at least a couple times a week. Don't just try it once or twice and make up your mind about it. Buy enough to last a couple weeks and then decide if it's working for you.

This is by far the best thing to use when you are sick or feeling your getting a cold. I just started using this last year but absolutely swear by this stuff. It doesn’t taste the best but if you mix it with orange juice it’s a lot better than putting in water. I started taking this when I got cold a couple days ago and no longer have any symptoms
