My son will take medicine I give him, but is quite melodramatic about how awful it tastes... doesn't matter what flavor I buy. He said this tastes like candy, and actually looks forward to it! It's convenient because you don't have to mix it with water.
This product is easy to use and great for busy, active kids who are always on the go. It's a convenient way to help them get the supplements they need without any hassle. My only complaint is the value for the money. You only get 28 sticks for around $11, which feels a bit pricey for the quantity. I wish the package included at least twice as many sticks. The water-soluble version costs about the same, so you're definitely paying extra for the convenience here.
Not sure how well it works as preventing once you are already sick, but my child has Flu A and while the rest of my kids are showing slight symptoms they are not near as bad as the first child. They enjoy the taste so it's easy to get them to take.
I really like these, the package is easy to open and it is better than having to mix into a drink, my kid likes them and it's more like eating a candy than taking medicine
My 11 yo daughter loves these. She takes 2 on days where she may be feeling a little more under the weather or has been very active in crowded areas (airports, expos, etc). Theyre like strawberry pop rocks.
Kids loved how it felt like pop rocks in their mouth. Great job at keeping them from getting sick. Woke up feeling stuffy and by the end of the day felt better and never got sick.
It was decent to try one time, but in the end, this is a really expensive way to supplement kids diets. It isn't significantly different from the straight sugar packs it's meant to represent, which are produced for pennies compared to this. Honestly, if the cost were lower, it would be a good product.
i bought this in the hope that my adult son, who doesnt like Emergenc-C but does like Pop Rocks, would use or at least try it. He hasnt but i have and while there is a mild popping sensation, it is NOT like the candy but it does taste OK and does seem to work similarly to Emergen-C
While this is a good product for a vitamin boost, I gave it two stars because it's basically pop rocks. I have a son with autism and he did not like the popping sensation in his mouth, so I would not recommend this to anyone with sensory processing difficulties. I wish it was still the regular version that didn't pop and fizz. I tried finding the regular version and couldn't, so I am stuck with the poprocks version. It does dissolve in water, so I have just been doing that, but I don't know if that makes it less effective.
I can't believe this item arrived like this! Completely damaged with the safety seal removed, box cut open at the bottom, and missing packets!!!
