If you're looking for an easy way to add a little vitamin C to your day, the pink lemonade is one of the best I tried.  it's a great balance between tart and sweet.  this is definitely my go to especially when my kids bring home the germs from school.
This Vit C comes in individual portions. It's easy to use, has clear instructions, and has not caused any allergies in my family yet. I don't think it's sticky. The flavor could be stronger, but at least I am happpy to say it doesn't leave an aftertaste. My kids love to add it to their water bottles.
We start taking this at the very first sign of a cold, or if we've been around someone we know is sick. It definitely seems to give a boost to the immune system.

They taste so good and I was a little hesitant, but I don’t drink soda and this electrolyte mix with the fizz really does the trick when wanting something fizzy but healthy. It isn’t pricey, but it works FANTASTIC. I use it daily as I have some health issues and this helps to build my immune system. My boyfriend likes the orange the best, my daughter and I like them all, but are partial to the raspberry flavor.
