What a crunchy perfectly sweet perfect peach. They are amazing and so tasty. fresh out of the can dry or just add water and still are my favorite. I really like this company's fruits. I have yet to find another that has the best flavor and the perfect crunch. I will be stocking up on their foods as they last 25 years, but not in my house....they are gone within a few weeks.
We keep these peaches on hand to snack on, as well as use in recipes. They hydrate quickly, and they are fresh tasting. A little pricey, so we do limit our usage of them. But good to have on the shelf.
Check the tin. The website description says this is 9 oz. of freeze dried peaches. The tin I received has 6 oz. printed on it. I weighted the contents, it was 6.2 oz. This huge tin comes less than 1/3 full. I called Walmart and they will replace it, stating that I didn't get the product I ordered. I checked the website, a 6 oz. tin is not offered. Honestly, this is way too much money for what little you get of the product. I do not recommend buying this product.
Can says it contains 6 oz., the ad is a misprint - it states it is 9 oz. The can costs more than the peaches. They would have fit in the smaller can Emergency Essentials sells. This comes in a #10 can, it is almost 7" in height. When I opened it the peaches where less than 2" in height. I took pictures and returning it in the morning. Walmart is great, I have never had a problem returning anything. I have purchased this brand and the Augason brand before. I have never had this problem before. The can says sold by weight not by volume. P.S. I tasted one and they were good. Can't afford to pay over $20.00 for 1 dish of peaches.
They come in a. #10 can. The can is only 1/3, if that, full. I was very diappointed so little for such a high price.
too dry. tasteless! will never buy this brand again.
