the description claims that this product comes with hooks, but it doesn't. it comes with rings to attach hooks, but no hooks. i bought this for my childs room, but during the stress of a fire im afraid using this product would reqire more thought than an emergency situation would require. it seems well made but requires rigging to operate. i do not recommend this product

Useless
Item didn't include over-ledge handle bars to hang the ladder on. Without this the rope ladder was useless. I never used it and got rid of it.
