Great for the budget-minded home studio setup.
bought this to add to my mike setup. The current microphone I was using (non-brand) was creating feedback through my system. This microphone had far less feedback at the same distance, even at higher volume. I noticed the bass quality was far better with this Emerson than with my original microphone, so I ditched the old microphone for this new one. I definitely recommend this Emerson. Price can't be beat and for what it delivers, it's a winner.

Sound is solid
Sound is solid, I just personally prefer a thicker cord, but no real problems so far.

Worst microphone ever.
You can't hear your voice with this microphone, I definitely wouldn't recommend and I would put this item out of stock and out of sale. I am very disappointed. I hope Walmart might do something about it.
