Absolutely love this cassette player. The sound is clear. I can able to listen to tapes I made of my singing about 50 yrs. ago and of my mom and I and Jackie harmonizing back in the 70's.
My 104 year old aunt is blind so her tape recorders are her notepads and she has gone through many. Recently we've been ordering from Amazon and theirs are no good. Don't last due to increasingly bad playback. A state agency for the blind recommended Emerson and mentioned Walmart carries Emerson. Buttons are uniform thankfully so she doesn't have to learn where everything is. Thumbs up.
exactly what i wanted and easy to use......i grew up with these and it is easy for seniors!!!!! Love it...just plug it in and go...
Best tape recorder you could get in today's market for a good price. I like that it has a built-in microphone. fast fwd and rewind and that it take batteries or the ac plug that's included. Emerson is a trusted brand for many years with me.
It's a little hard to press the two buttons to record %26 the sound could be clearer but I'll know better after Xmas
A basic cassette player and recorder but does get the job done. Power cord is supplied which helps. There is also a 3.5MM headphone jack. A decent device for the price
Nice cassette player easy functioning. Sound could be louder, but overall , i would recommend.
The speaker is weak. The transfer process is really good providing you have a good tape.
While the instructions for Cassette Tape to USB Recording are fairly clear, the function for pausing/stopping recording, does not work. Additionally, when you try to play back a USB recording on the tape deck, there is nothing there. There are absolutely no trouble shooting directions.
this made the tape break in 3 days of play
