The remote is rather convenient, but the wifi connect with the app is amazing. You're able to cool or heat up your room before heading in there and it responds quickly. Its well built with a sturdy frame and easy to install. The spacers on the side of the unit to close up the window space attach easily and work well.

It is great that on Average you save a noticeable amount on your energy cost . It cools quickly and is relatively quiet when compared to other portable models. When connecting the AC to internet. It is best to use a 2.4G wireless router. Also Check your router firewall . If setting are to high or if parental controls are configured .Check the user manual for instructions on configuring firewalls . It is much easier than you relies . You can also run the App on your smartphone .The instruction Manuel tells you how .I like that The AC can be controlled with Alexa and Google home speakers .My brother is vision impaired . This allows him more independence being able to control his Unit . We did help to connect it to his Alexa . Also read the Instructions for voice command to him . But afterwards he was home free With control of his AC . The instruction Manuel tell you how to connect with those also . There is a Twelve month warranty on the product . Also included is everything needed to mount in the window .There is also a remote for Emerson Quiet Kool Smart Window Air Conditioner .This is a very nice high quality AC .

The 10k BTU is enough to quickly cool off a small living room/bedroom and maintain that temperature throughout the day/night. It was easy to install and get set up. The remote is awesome for nighttime use because you don't have to get out of bed to adjust the temp! The only con is that this unit isn't quiet as it claims. Not a big deal if you're someone like myself that usually sleeps with a noise machine, but definitely worth noting if you're looking for something quieter than a standard AC.

Installed in my bedroom in hopes that it lived up to its claim of being one of the quietest ACs on the market. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it actually does run, however, I do prefer a bit of background white noise while sleeping. It's quick to cool, has two directional louvers for maximum air flow control, remote control, a programmable timer and sleep mode built in and was easily paired with my Alexa. Quick install and working well.

Solid construction, non intrusive eye appealing. Gets really cold, highly recommend for a small room, it's quiet as well.

Very noisy, room is - 11/11 cool down is minimal on the lowest temp . Not what I expected for this price
