Wonderful Ac Unit but not Quiet.
I am using ECO mode it cycles. It is very wonderful ac for our mother in law suite. It fills one side room cold air other side is comfortable. If you need a huge room get 14000 btu or higher. But this AC is wonderful for one room. Only con is even on low fan mode it is loud. I can not hear my tv on low fan mode. If you are looking for Quieter this is not it. But if you are looking for one that cools and it not bulky or hard to install this is wonderful ac unit. Noisy but I am loving mine. Saves more money than our split wall system that quit working.

LOUD
I was expecting a quiet cool air conditioner but this thing vibrates and I can hear it all the way in my bed room on LOW! I owned a quiet cool window air conditioner in the past and it was 3x quieter than this. Get what you pay for, but overall it works great.

Wouldn't recommend this air conditioner
Not happy with the lack of drainage options, but it is exactly as described in advertisement, and was delivered safely and quickly, as promised.
