i love this fan! this fan definitely exceeded my expectations. it cooled off a room that was always miserably hot and now its cool and enjoyable. it has good power and is quiet for the power it puts out. the remote control is easy to use and the voice control is a fun and useful feature. the blue light and aroma box add extra reasons to love this fan

The Emerson 42 inch tower fan is much quieter than the box fan it replaced. The voice controls work reasonably well though some commands are hit and miss depending on the speaker. The remote control is very small and operates on a coin cell battery. Oddly, the fan' power plug is fused. Not something generally seen in products for the US market. The LED display is bright and easy to read. The touch controls work well and are clearly marked, but the LED display remains on unless the fan is powered off or placed in sleep mode. While the manual mentions this, sleep mode ramps up to the highest speed and gradually steps down until it enters low speed. You can override this with voice or via the remote or on fan controls. There isn't any perceivable background noise that I've noticed. The fan is best suited for small rooms though it does well in my modestly sized living room too. I haven't had the chance to test the "aroma" feature as it requires aromatherapy liquid that is not included with the fan. It's a nice feature but not one I'm likely to use much if at all. All in, the fan is quiet, moves a lot of are and does so in a very narrow footprint.

This smart fan is so fantastic. I love that it does everything you tell it what to do and it doesn’t need Wi-Fi. The package came perfectly wrapped, not dents or anything, and it had protection all the way around the fan. You just have to put the base of the fan on! I was so excited to get this fan. I love the fact that it’s so quiet! You can use the remote to turn it on and off and has different speeds but you can also tell it to turn on or turn off. It’s perfect for any room. I got this for my bedroom and I’m extremely happy. The fan is definitely a high-end looking fan. It’s just so beautiful. I like the fact that it’s so slim and it takes up very little space. I am just so over the moon happy with this fan. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a fan. It’s worth it!

Quiet but tall and blows like an air conditioner instead of a fan lol. Love the power of this. Also turns back and forth rotating and voice commands are awesome because I never wanna get out of bed when I know it’s cold so this comes in handy highly recommend this one guys. MUST HAVE

This tower fan is a great upgrade from traditional fans. I like the voice control feature which makes settings adjustment super easy without reaching for a remote. Also I like that it doesn’t need app or internet which is simple plug and play convenient. It is very quiet even at higher speed. Overall, a great featured fan for comfort and privacy.

This fan is tall, quiet, and has great air flow. The base is small so it won't trip someone, and it allows you to push it closer to a wall or out of the way. The voice command option is perfect for those who can't or may not want to get up. I set it in the kitchen because in the summer our kitchen gets very hot. The small base will help to keep it out of the way too. It took 10 minutes to put together. I didn't see detailed instructions, but hey this is a simple fan. The 2 base pieces snap together and you secure it the 4 wing nuts (see picture). The remote slides in perfectly to the back of the tower for storage (see picture). The hook for the cord snaps in to the back of the fan (see picture). I fell in love the oil diffuser, I have a lot of natural oils that I plan on using on this fan (see picture). Another good plus is the timer settings for the length of run time and a night light. This fan will be a perfect addition in any home.

I do my best to avoid downloading unnecessary apps and using cloud-connected devices because I don’t want my information saved or transferred without my knowledge. It’s always hard to find smart devices that help you avoid this outcome. Which is why I’m glad I found SmartVoice. Appreciate the fact that smartvoice let you use voice control without having to connect to Wifi. That’s what I like best about this device. I don’t have to risk my data getting stolen because there is no app, Wifi or connection setup of any kind that I have to do. I like being able to use a smart device that doesn’t put my information at risk. It’s great that when I give commands, they aren’t transferred to the cloud or any other server. Smartvoice is a great buy for people looking to maintain their privacy.

Love this fan so much!! Great quality, and so sleek looking. Love the light and the voice activation! How neat!!! Low noise and powerful!

Overall, I give this fan 4 stars. The main reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the voice command feature doesn’t work as expected. It responds when you say “Hey fan,” but when you give commands like rotate on/off or change the fan speed, it doesn’t follow through. The remote control works great, which makes it easy to use despite the voice issue. The background noise is moderate to slightly high, but it’s still tolerable. The cooling is decent and seems to stay around 70°, though I wish there was more flexibility to adjust the temperature up or down. It has three speed settings—low, medium, and high—and the cooling performance really depends on your room temperature. Overall, it’s a solid fan and gets the job done, just needs improvement with the voice control feature. The aroma feature is my favorite comes with a sponge to put your aroma oil on keeps my room smelling fresh, I love this feature.

If you are intrigued by voice operated gadgets but don't want to have to download an app, or compromise your privacy, this fan is going to be something you'll enjoy. It is voice activated and comes with a list of commands that you use to operate the fan. You wake it up by saying "Hey Fan", it responds with a beep, and you give it your command. It then repeats the command back to you and does what you've asked. I found it to be very responsive while within 5-7 feet of it, but not so much from across the room. The beep became harder to hear from farther away and I ended up shouting to get the fan to respond. The fan does come with a remote, so I will be keeping the remote farther away and using that so I don't have to shout. The voice command feature is very handy while sitting or standing closer to the fan. It also requires minimal assembly. You have to snap the base together, then attach it to the fan with wing bolts - no screwdriver needed. There is a small drawer with a sponge that is meant for aromatherapy and you slide it into a track on the front of the fan. Then there is a little clip that attaches to the top back of the fan that holds the cord, for storage. The fan also "contains a fused safety plug that protects it from overload or short-circuit situations". The instruction booklet tells you how to replace the fuse should that become necessary. As far as the noise level, this fan is on the quieter side. I would say that the amount of air it puts out is average. I can already tell it's going to be a nice addition to the network of fans I set up throughout my house every summer.
