Use these all the time

One piece came broken, the others were good

It's overpriced, and sorta misleading. The only part that is stainless steel is the eyelash comb. The other comb is plastic, and so are the handles.

One of the items came broken.

The items would have been absolutely perfect They were exactly what I was looking for and on sale, which I was extremely happy about that. But because shipping and handling doesn't like to be gentle multiple times were broken. And it's not very simple to try and get something done about it! I would have been content with either a replacement of the broken item or a refund so I could just go to the store and get it myself and not have to deal with the rough handling of my items. But even then, I've never found this exact item in store. All in all most my experiences have been good with getting things shipped, but this one wasn't.

I received my eye brush trio %26 the first time I used the eyelash separator, it broke off near the top of the stick-shaped handle. What a waste of money. I was very disappointed, but even glue /permanent adhesive will not successfully repair it to where it is strong enough to work. No, do NOT buy this product!

When the items arrived the lash separator was snapped in half and not usable.
