Easy assembly and convienient compact size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple to put together, does not require any tools or extra supplies other than what comes in the box. Its small size makes it suitable for apartment tubs. Very sturdy and height adjustable

Contacted customer service about arms not fitting talk to 2 representatives they said someone would email me that was 4 days ago. So we had to use the chair without the arm installed because it was needed
