Emma + Oliver 300 Lb. Capacity, Adjustable White Bath & Shower Medical Transfer Bench

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is PERFECT if you have a loved one who needs to sit down and slide into the shower for stability. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. Holds 300 lbs. And I can literally stand on it and jump up and down. This is truly the BEST shower chair I have used.

we tried a couple other chairs for the shower but the legs just bent up on them they didn't fit right but this one fits very well it's extremely sturdy we are finally happy with our purchase and the price was very economical compared to the other shower chairs

It is an adequate product. if you have a simple shower chair it is essentially the same but allows you to get over the tub walls.

Shipping was as advertised. Unfortunately, it did not meet our needs because of our small bathroom size.

Bought this because of the $19.99 sale price. After purchase but before delivery, I discovered that this item may require complete assembly per older product reviews. I decided not to cancel the order. It was delivered on time %26 in good condition. It did however require complete assembly %26 the only thing adjustable is the actual height of the bench. You have to bolt the backrest %26 hand rail onto the frame during assembly instead of just being able to click them in %26 out like 99% of the other tub transfer benches. Therefore you have to unbolt it, flip the backrest around %26 rebolt it to change the direction your seat faces. It would be fine for someone that doesn't have the need to move this bench from one bathroom to another one that's setup totally different. FYI the product photo on website shows the handrail on the outside of the tub ( hand rail should be on the inside of the tub if your actually using it as a true tub transfer bench). I'm sure this tub transfer bench will still work just fine , it's just not super user friendly like the other ones on the market for around $70.00.

Poorest instructions I've ever seen. Takes a mechanical engineer to figure out how to put together.. Gives little pictures with no explanation. Not all pieces line up. Had to reloosen screws to get seat partitions to line up. I wouldn't buy this again.

i would love to tell you about the product. the instructions are un reasonable i have 4 pictures of the assembly so small it nit readable and i called the customer service they have the same and can not instruct me how to put it together. the parts on the instructions dont look like the actual parts. HELP

this item is impossible assembly wise. i threw it in dumpster where it belongs. similiar items snap together in 5 minutes. the items requires unbelievable assembly. whoever makes this product probalbly usa should stop selling crap rubbish. would not accept this item if it came free of charge.

I'm 76 years old and I attempted to put this together myself boy it was a mess. I tried very hard to follow directions but they were kind of vague and I got it finally I'll put together but I can't get the screws tight enough to wear it's where I'm able to use it so I'm gonna have to have someone come in and go behind me and tighten all the screws. I was not pleased with this purchase at all.

the holes do not match up with how it should be put together so it is impossible to put together. cannot return it either...
