I am trying to sync the Watch up with the phone, but there was no instructions sent can you send me instructions how to set this up to sync up with the phone?

Great watch for kids. They can call only who you allow them to, okay games and just have fun while still feeling like they have a real smart watch!!

The fa.\nCt that I went through a million watches, trying to find one that would not need a sim card because it gad a built in function. this watch wasn't supposed to need one, but apparently it does.

no service to work
watch itself is a little big for my 6 year old. no service where i live so none of the functions like gps, text, calling work. it couldnt even find our location for set up. theres no option on app to cancel service you have to call in.

Doesnt work in Alaska
the device itself was a good value and seemed of decent quality. my daughter loved it. the problem was with the connection/ service arras for calling and texting. most calls went through with good connection but no text messages went through. the parental app wasnt as simple as Id hoped so it took significantly more time trying to set up than I had planned. also fyi there is NO coverage for Alaska, the watch dorsnt work at all in AK

This is way too hard for a child to use. It does not function as described and too hard for an adult to use. You have to but the plan to even test it. I do not recommend at all.

when i ordee this item,there was a return date till 3 months,but once i order,i did not like the colourvand model,When i am trying to retun it says retirn window is closed,it is only for 1 month,I dont understand how it changed,I need refund,i will return the watch,shop person can reply
