It did what I wanted.
Basically, just a big piece of plastic, but the EMS modes has helped to reduce the swelling in my feet and ankles. Has done more than all my doctors have done for me.

Bought this after first week stoped working have to crank up to max and it takes 10 minutes for it to start feeling it
