The foot massager is going to play a big part of my now 3x a day ritual . I waited to say my review because I wanted to give an honest opinion on not only looks and feel and that so, I'm giving you my feedback on the quality a five star. The heat template 5 star . Easy to assemble 5 star Now the different types of massages 5 star mainly because all the setting are comfortable and soothing. It's only been a few days and I'm already having less pain in my legs from very sore legs and feet from poor circulation. I'm only 48 but it's still great to know I could have found a 1way 00 percent treatment . Than you. It's light weight and small and flexible I take it every where . If I'm in a restaurant eating I just pull it out of my small iPad case and it's rechargeable if the battery's not fully charged I pull out the small cord and put my batteries port lay it right beside and continue as if I'm doing only one thug , eating. Thank and yes I would most defffinetly recommend this to others.

intensity is excellent on my flat feet and low arches. i love the gel pads for my back and sides of my feet. i love how its foldable portable light weights easy storage. easy cleaning take any where use anywhere the remote makes it easy to turn on. i love the strong shocking and strong pulses. for some who don't like it strong can adjust it

I really like the way it feels on my feet and legs. Just don't put your big toe next to the disc that snaps into the pad cause it shocks you a little.

This foot massager is really more of a TENS unit for feet. It's actually quite easy to operate and it charges via USB. Basically you need to keep your feet firmly planted on the mat and place the white adhesive pads where you want them on your feet or calves. You then have multiple modes and strengths for “massage”. Make sure to turn off the unit by using the remote or pressing on the unit itself before removing the pads. Avoid any moisture. The “jolts” are exhilarating and relaxing at the same time.

It feels so good when I find time to use it. Im glad to have it. It works good and is very relaxing yet stimulating. My feet love it.

I'm enjoying the massage. I cannot believe the poor instructions included. There are plenty of English words but they are not comprehensible. Obviously the seller tried but whoever was their translator didn't get it right. I am including an image of one section.

It worked great for 3 days, then it stopped turning on. I charged it overnight and still nothing g. I messaged the seller and never received an answer. Waste of money, don't buy from them!!

Should be easy to set up and use but is not. Basically no instructions. No way to know what extra white tabs with two connections are for nor anything else. When USB is plugged in off the top of my head the plus and minus and "M" and any other ratings are upside down when feet are on the mat, and just testing the feeling as the remote control increases it is uncomfortably shocking. Only $12 but not worth any money amount for a patient looking for its promised benefits.

I can't even try it because I have pacemaker. Why did you not tell me this before I bought this item?
