What I Know Have AND STILLL WORKS
I grew up using this product, have given to my three children and my younger 2 grandchildren! I was so grateful to find it after going caroling without the proper clothing and coming down with a cold! I have shared with three of my friends (ages: 81, 77 and 68); two of them have been able to go on a planned cruise after using this!

Experience the same issue as the the first order. It seems the tops on the bottles don't hold up during transport. Please, refund. I will try to go in the store when I have transportation. Thanks for trying. Still, loyal customer
