I battle with constant low energy. I dissolve one of these under my tongue morning and noon and feel an almost instant pick up. But I don't have a crash like I do with coffee - I just experience slow sustained energy and alertness - I'm delighted with this product.

Expensive but they work. Dissolve them as slowly in your mouth as you can for best results. Also nice gentle minty flavour. I also take NAD via IV which is very expensive and has side effects so these sublinguals are great to get benefits more cheaply and without the side effects. I'd buy the higher level dosage if they are in stock though.

Great product, but way too strong for me. I started with the 5mg and it didn't give me much energy (I have chronic fatigue syndrome). I started taking 2 pills of the 5mg and felt great, so I figured I would buy the 10mg package. Unlike the 5mg that I purchased, these dissolve under the tongue. Within 10-15 minutes of taking them I felt very jittery and anxious. I felt "wired and tired" and my thoughts were racing like crazy. I couldn't sit still and felt very uncomfortable for hours. I ended up eating a large lunch and dinner - that seemed to help with the jitteriness. I'm very sensitive to supplements, so maybe it's just me? I went back to the taking 2 pills of the 5mg. These pills are small and dissolve quickly. They don't have a weird taste. Overall, great quality.

Quality semms good, also good taste, gives energy but maybe useful to take several times a day.

The 20mg are strong so I thought to try the 10 mg size to see if they would be sufficient. Dissolves quickly, not much taste and gives a good boost of energy.

I'm not sure and even a little confused by the product. The first week was amazing! I was alert and at peak concentration, I didn't even need the second coffee I drink all my life. I felt really energetic and focused and I already ordered the second package, but the effect wore off after a week and it seems that there is no cumulative effect.. I wonder if I should continue a continuous pack or take it only on the days I feel the need..? Anyway the taste is great, dissolves easily, first thing in the morning while I'm still in bed.

If I had used these first I probably would not have ever bought any more of the nadh. BUT, I had bought Source Naturals Nadh sublinguals, and they were GREAT! 5 stars for Source Naturals! Buying some more of S N. I won't go for the low price again.
