so i was super excited to use this book to help identify my crystals correctly. i liked how it was divided by color and whatnot, but after going through and trying to use it to help ID what i have, i have come to notice that the photos and identification arent all that accurate. howlite is under green, but you look it up and its usually gray or white. tigers eye and golden tigers eye are LITERALLY the same photo. overall ya is it a basic of basics? sure. but not really reliable.
