If you do not know the origins of the FED or the modern history of those who have opposed it (specifically RP), you owe it to youself to read this book. The book gives a great background of RP and his dealings while fighting against injust monetary policies, and promotes a multi-point case for eliminating the FED. It should be a must read for anyone who wants to understand where America's prosperity is going, and how the government is stealing from the public through a system that is advertised to prmote fiscal stability. If you are already familar with the issues at hand, the book does not give very many 'new answers' but does provide some perspective from RP on how the political process has worked around this issue during his career in Congress.
