Quality Good for Price
This is a really good product for the price. Sometimes the burner takes a second to spark up, but other than that it doesn't give us any problems

Doesn't always work first try
You definitely have to do the 20 second hold on this to light it and even then it doesnt always light the first time. I had to try multiple times last night just to light it. Once lit it does throw off some decent heat and looks nice but lighting should be more seem less.

Not a reliable company
Ignition switch has yet to work, we can light iy but itd kindof dangerous. Bought the fair trade warranty, they told me to go through manufacturer which i havd emailed and not gottem a response! And i could not find a custoner service number to contsct. Wjy even bother to buy protection plan? I gave it two stsrs becauss it looks nice- just hope we dont cstch ourselves on fire trying to light it

The item never showed up. The shipper lost the item it transit. They never responded when asking about tracking
