Highly recommend I usually take mine in the evening, but you could take it in the morning too lime, flavored very berry flavor, great vitamins and you got everything that the human body needs in it. I highly recommend this especially during school season my new favorite thank you.
Ener C is my absolute favorite drink mix for energy and allergies. It has just he right blend of vitamins and minerals to give me a boost when fatigue, allergies, a cold, or old age are slowing me down. Unlike other energy drink mixes I actually like the taste of Ener C. Raspberry is my favorite flavor.
For over 6 years I've been using Ener-C daily and appreciate its value. Purchasing has been through my same local health food store, also for 6 years. Over the past year inventory for Ener-C has been poor. No inkling I could buy it elsewhere WHEN I NEEDED IT!! So thank you, Walmart for being so handy and on time. I'll be back!!
Liked that even though this item was on back order it eventually got to me before I ran out of my previous supply!
over priced. slow delivery
Amazing difference in my energy level, did help me ward off cold when my husband was sick, i felt the symptoms coming on one day then then next day i was fine other than a little clearing my throat every now and then. Then only fall back is the product isn't sold in our home Wal-Mart store ( hint hint) . I do wish i would have stumbled onto this product a long time ago i love it.
