Have used this egg replacer for years and I love it. So glad I can get it shipped to Walmart's. Very convenient.
Used this egg replacer to make vegan peanut butter cookies and vegan oatmeal raisin cookies. It worked just great! Excellent texture and taste!
I'm vegan and could never find the right proportions for using flax eggs. This product has been a very good egg replacement. When mixed thoroughly, it performs excellently! If not, you will end up with tasteless, white lumps. It is also more economical than buying eggs.I recently used it in store- bought cake mix & the cake was gone in two days.
This is the best egg replacer I have used. Tried homemade and other store bought brands. This is it! Now my child can enjoy baked breads, cakes, cookies so similar to those that include eggs. No more flat, gooey breads and treats.
Our family is Vegan and this is perfect for all the home baking I do! Have been using this for a few years, I love it!
works great in recipes that call for eggs, for us vegans.
I can't eat eggs anymore so this product works for baking.
My grandson is allergic to eggs and I like to bake cookies for him. I found this product to be extremely helpful and effective in recipes that do call for eggs. The taste of the baked goods is not really compromised.
It looks like baking powder. When heated with water, turned into snow white gel glue, I had to use a roll of paper towels to remove it from my utensils. Scary scary stuff.
I don't know if I am just doing something wrong - the other reviews are good - but my cakes flop when using this! =( Maybe its cause my recipe calls for 5 eggs.. ?
