Energize Light Therapy Lamp

Bought this for my wife who works in a windowless office. She absolutely LOVES this. She mounted it on the wall 4 or 5 feet above her head, and it provides warm light that really helps her get thru the day and not feel like she was working in a cave. This is a very nice light that provides a lot of natural light therapy for those that spend time away from windows. Highly recommend

This was a gift for my daughter. We turned it on in the morning about half an hour before her alarm goes off. I also noticed her using it more and more instead of the ceiling lights.

It works very well I think! I just turned it on and I feel better after a couple of minutes.

I was given a light similar to this to use from my psychiatrist a few years ago, and it seemed to work. I recently got this and use it daily. It has helped with my depression and has enabled me to stay awake longer although it is dark by 6:00 p.m. This has been very helpful and I will continue to use this product. It beats taking medicine. Very happy with this.

I suffer from seasonal depression and this light has really helped. I like that I can set this up anywhere with the included AC adapter. There are different color tones and brightnesses you can choose from. My favorite is the warm white light because when I close my eyes it feels like summer. There is also a timer you can set so you don't sit in front of it for too long. I also like that it's lightweight and compact so you can easily travel with it. I've been using this everyday in the morning while I drink my coffee and it really has helped to boost my mood. I would definitely recommend this Merkury Innovations Energize Light Therapy Lamp.
