Energizer Adjustable Beam Angle Battery Operated Motion Sensing LED Flood & Security Lights

We put this in a dark corner of our yard, hoping to startle wildlife away. It lights up a large area very well. Mounted with double-sided craft tape and it's holding up well.

I recieved this floodlight for free to review. Although we had a battery operated flood light over our patio door already, this Energizer floodlight puts my old one to shame. My husband installed it the day I recieved it and we waited for it to get dark to try it out. Wow, the brightness factor is at least double our old unit besides the fact it has 2 heads that are fully adjustable which is a major plus. This 120-Degree 2-Head Black Battery-operated LED Motion- Activated Flood Light is perfect for my driveway. It was incredibly easy to install and I put it up myself on my garage. It clicks on when I pull in the driveway and when I let my dogs out. I don't have to leave my back light on for long periods of time anymore because this one turns on only when needed. The fact that it's battery operated is great because I didn't have to worry about running any wiring. It lights up the majority of my driveway so that I can see safely to get in and out of my home. We have a free standing carport jear our house that my husband parks in and we really needed a safety light out there because it's so dark. This is perfect because you don't have to wire it up and you can move it anytime you would ever need to. It only pops on when there is motion and stays on less then thirty seconds so the batteries will last. It takes 4 D sized batteries. It is very bright and lights up at least a ten foot radius so you can definitely get a good look of what set the light off. I love this light it was very strong and easy to mount! Overall it is very bright and is hanging an over my garage, I will buy another to put in the back! it is adjustable enough so that you can move it to shine in the direction that you need! I like the 120 Degree 2-Head Motion Sensor Light. What I like most is that it is battery operated! You can hang it anywhere! The downfall about it is that the sensor doesn't pick up far away. I had to walk up to it for it to cut on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very small , perfect for a hallway or at the top of basement steps. Does require a lot of C batteries, curious to see how long they last, might have to invest in rechargeable batteries if they die quickly. Very bight light, truly helps see at night. I purchased the Energizer 800 lumen Spotlight and installed it yesterday. The light works as advertised and the installation was easy. However, I was/am disappointed with the short amount of time that the light remains on after activation. Perhaps an adjustment switch could be added to future models, to adjust for additional time for the light to be on. Letting the dog out into the back yard worked fine but with the light turning off after a very short duration left me standing at the bottom of our stairway, in the dark. “Note to self: Always have a flashlight!”

The sensor did nothing! No sensor=no light! If you toss the dice and purchase this item after reading this then I'd strongly suggest testing it before going through the trouble of installing the attachment plate beforehand (in my case it was a matter of gathering better quality mounting screws, a ladder and a drill out to barn).
