If you want this only to look in on your house, pets, child, etc. it will be just fine. The camera image is clear. You can move the direction of the camera remotely. You can also zoom in. You can speak through it, too, and hear them respond. So for that. Very nice. The light can be set to go on %26 off at the time of day you wish. If you want to look back at any video, you must buy a memory card or pay for the cloud security service. I used memory cards. Worked fine, but playback isn’t very smooth. If you fast forward it doesn’t show you the video until you stop it. So you have to guess, you can’t preview it in FF. If you want this for security reasons to alert you of intruders, or a human body, it is not reliable at all. I had someone break in my house %26 it didn’t alert me to anything %26 that’s with all of the settings set to human body motion detection %26 sound. I received no alerts! YET, If you want sound, it will alert you to every single breeze that blows, even at the lowest setting. If you want it to alert you to a human body, it may or may not alert you. It only did twice. When I really needed it to alert me, or an alarm to go off, it did not! I bought two. The front door one. Worthless. The garage one. Also worthless. Alarm went off twice, loudly, just because I was pulling out of my garage. Another time because I was taking out my garbage. Then couldn’t get it to shut off, all the while making me late to work. Yet someone can come walking in my front door with absolutely no alert, when I had it set for that. I needed it for security reasons. It failed at that. Like I said, it’s not reliable. Thankfully I’m ok, but it could have turned out worse. An alarm would have been nice, when it was truly needed. Also, the light bulb light shines strangely, in a small area. Extremely harsh %26 yet not very bright for a front porch or garage entrance.

Didn't last a week. idk if it was the heat or what, but it stopped working. east to install, picture is great.

On my third unit. They can't seem to make a reliable product yet.

If we would let me give zero stars, that’s what I’d give ! Terrible terrible product!!! Save your money buy something else that works!!! I wish I had.!! It quit working right within weeks! Will not rotate or move when I try to in app. then the picture got real fuzzy!!

I received the camera, opened, and installed it with no issues. I did not look for issues or defects after opening the box nor was i expecting it to be broke. Camera worked for up to 3 months and stopped. Tried Energizer CS for warranty who kept repeating that i need to email the issue to them instead of talking directly to them. I was denied the warranty of $25 after emailing explanations and pictures of defective camera up to 5 times with no manager to escalate or reply to the case and the fact that it had to be shipped defective from them. Called again and someone (a manager ?) said they don't know that if i may have hit it with a hammer or shot it based on a indentation on the back which I did not do and is crazy for a company reply to deny a warranty on a defective product. it seems they hope you give up trying to have them honor their warranty. i was surprised that for a huge company with multiple products, their CS is terrible in my opinion and waste of time. Wish i could get refund from Walmart but too much time has passed.

I bought 2 of these items, one did not work, I called to return, a free mailing address was sent about 2 weeks later. I mailed immediately after I received and haven't received my replaced camera till date for over 2 months and no updates. The second one worked just for 3 weeks and failed and I am so disappointed. dont even wish to contact the insurance I paid for the item. its worthless and the suppliers are not customerly friendly.

Cool idea and a cool design but needs some work and some updated changes go back to the drawing board on this one like the detected motion and sound motion detector and the notificational and alerts and not all of the setting modes work picture quality is a 4 out of 10 the camera wants to detect everything, but what it should the notification for sound and motion detected is constant for no reason every little sound every little movement vehicles going by Sound like nails on a chalk board not good a for outside camera

This product sucks. It doesn't move with the figure every time the wind blows it goes off, would not buy again.

Th package appeared to have been opened. The item was used.Hand written remarks were made on the inside of the package.
