ENGEL 13 Qt Leak-Proof Compact Insulated Drybox Cooler - British Racing Green

I bought this as a gift for my blue collar husband who desperately needed a new lunchbox. It fits everything perfectly and he absolutely loves it. He loves that he can put his stickers on the outside, unlike his old fabric cooler. Definitely a 10/10 product!!

My husband works long days and is often unsure of how long he will be in the field. The 13 quart cooler is perfect for fitting breakfast, lunch and plenty of snacks to ensure he isn't going hungry and has to resort to over priced gas station food. It's durable and simple, no fancy bells and whistles. There is a tray that sits just above the rest of the cooler which helps keep things dry like if you have something wrapped in saran wrap and don't want it to get damp over the course of the day. Someone on reddit recommended this cooler as being a more affordable version of a well known brand that is featured in just about every hardware store across America. Why spend more money on a brand name when you can save it and get just about the same quality? I hope you take the plunge and enjoy this cooler just as much as my husband does!

I bought this for my son who works outdoors. He absolutely likes this because its durable, holds hot or cold items for a great amount of time. it works well andthe price is not bad.

I love this cooler its perfect size to ride in the truck with holds plenty for me and super light. Would definitely recommend to people in the market.

The quality is so good take a beating and just keeps going love the design with the dry tray on the top. Not the best ever on keeping ice but is definitely a good day cooler so performance I give it a 8 out of 10

Im a steelworker and I was in need of a tough cooler that would be in harsh environments hot and cold, and keep my food and drinks fresh and cold this cooler has checked all the boxes for me. The only thing id change is the strap to a paracord style

I love these boxes, my lunch and other items are secure and easy to get to. I originally got the smaller box but I found it was too small to fit everything for my 10 hour days. If for some reason I need a bigger box I'll still go with Engel. They are fairly priced in my opinion. And they are sticker friendly :wink:

I have 2 19qt coolers I use in my kayaks. They work great. The fit and seal is still tight after years of use. This 13qt does not seal up like that. From the first time using it the lid seems like it is "sprung". The old Coolers the lids set smooth even unlatched. This new one if the latch is not on it there is a 1/4" gap in the front. It does not fit flush. I included pics. The red cooler is new and you can see the gap. The tan cooler is 8 years old.

Bought the 13qt drybox and Engel recommended large ice pack. Ice pack only fits in the cooler diagonally which prevents you from placing anything else in the cooler with it. Company would return item but only if I covered shipping costs. 3 shipping charges was more than the ice pack itself so they essentially wouldn't do anything to make it right. I'm happy with the cooler but the deceptive practice will probably prevent me from making future purchases with them.
