This is the best item I ever purchased. I have a foot drop and walking is hard for me this scooter helped me get around and go to the store without relying on my brother or other transportation. My insurance wouldn't cover the cost of the one my doctor recommended and I couldn't afford it out of pocket. But this one is super affordable and really good quality. This has changed my life.

Was easy to assemble, arrived in perfect condition and already charged, I only wish it were a few pounds lighter otherwise well pleased!!! I would really like a paper receipt in closed in boxes when I make large purchases and that Walmart would send me my warranty thru email or physical address!! I bought a three year warranty and have no way to prove it if something were to happen!!! Please improve!!!

It is so easy to use and the battery life is terrific. It is simply a dream to drive and the power level is easily manageable.

Love it . I fall off my roof and dislocated my leg and hip. So now the only way to get around is the scooter or crutches. At the age of 65 crutches are not the thing to use . You fall down a lot . And the Doc says I will be laid up for a long time.

Would love for it to close up smaller

Good little scooter for getting around but I "wouldn't" pay more than $440 at the absolute most. It's designed for shorter legged and light weight people than anyone else. The pads where you place your feet are really loose, when it arrives, so you'll want to use a glue gun (something similar) to secure those down better before using. Perfect for the disabled and/or senior looking for a little personal Freedom and to get out of their house.

The scooter is a little heavier and shorter than I thought. You will need help getting it out of the box. It also does not fold as small as I wanted, but it is sturdy and easy to operate. It was easy to unbox and assemble and I look forward to many comfortable, and convenient rides although the turning radius needs a little work it is reasonable. The speed is comfortable and safe, the distance range is useful. PS: I love the color.

did not come with instructions but was fairly easy to put together. only giving 4 stars because it arrived dirty. several areas on the scooter are coated in dirt and dust despite it being new and the arm rests are crooked no matter what i do. just put together today so i cant review battery life or overall longevity.

Received item can't get it to charge and nobody has responded back to email. It says someone will contact in 48 hours still haven't heard from no one. Also why it's it this hard to get in touch with the seller no number that you can dial. Can't believe Walmart is allowing this to happen.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD A SCAM YOYVE BEEN WARNED. the item came defective didn't work after 2 days. the company is a scam, fraud. they do t want to refund my money. telling me a bunch of excuses. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY YOU'VE BEEN WARN.
