I misread the description of the bike and thought it came with a front rack included. I messaged the company and then realized my mistake. They are sending me a front rack for it! The bike is exactly what I wanted, a larger engine than my last one and fat tires for better traction since I ride all year long. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and with the quick response and actually help from the company. i would recommend the bike to anyone.

I love everything about this bike! The color…the folding down to store in the car. The metal fenders, everything. I will even be able to put a shorter seat post in place of the tall one so the bike will actually accommodate a shorter rider like me! It comes with a metal rear bracket that you can secure a basket or larger items. The bike has a throttle that starts at your hand movement. It will go up to 28 miles/hr, but I just want to enjoy a leisure ride. The step-through on this bike is easy to do just that! Effortlessly. It’s a great bike!

It's my second ebike. I was checking a lot differents models before to got my Enguie L20. I am so happy with my new bike: very good quality and the Costumer Sevices its very efficient and professional people working there. In special I wanted to say thanks to Stone. Enguie highly recommend 👌

The instruction manual is missing a few steps however customer service was responsive and the bike was eventually assembled. The headlamp was not functioning but customer service was again responsive and a repair is in the works. This is a budget friendly bike and with this in mind our expectations have been met.

Pay attention to the sizes of the bike. Waiting on response, trying to return bike. It is to tall for my wife. One employee at walmart said I can return it there, when I took it to the store another employee said i could not. Engwe customer service not helping. Put wheel on and seat on, much to tall. Fat tires makes it taller. Can't review performance, never completed putting it together.

*DO NOT BUY* The e-bike came not working. The company sent a part that also didn’t work. Customer service was unhelpful and when I asked for a refund the company refused and tried to send me more parts and offered me money to keep the bike. I refused and they still wouldn’t give me a refund. Walmart had to get involved and gave me a refund. 2 months later the bike is still in the back of my car because they couldn’t find any accommodations to send the bike back to them without me driving 2 hours round trip and paying for the packaging myself. TERRIBLE company, TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE product.

The electric bike I purchased five months ago broke down due to the plastic gears inside the sealed motor wearing out and snapping. This bike is my primary source of income, and for over a month, I have been waiting for a resolution to my issue, only to be strung along repeatedly. Even though I reported the problem with photos and videos to their service team, they first sent me just a motor without any gears. Then they apologized and sent gears that didn't even fit the motor of this version of the bike. The gears they provided were of a different size. As a result, I have suffered financial and emotional harm from every passing email and shipping delay. Now, they are still delaying the resolution by offering to send a new part if I agree, or they propose sending another part after that, wasting even more of my time. This ongoing ordeal has taken a serious toll on me both financially and psychologically. I am now pursuing legal actions to protect my rights. Until I receive a refund for my bike to purchase another one, I will keep posting this review repeatedly across all platforms. I apologize to anyone inconvenienced by this, but I feel obligated to share my experience.

This bike was delivered to god knows where...... first the shipment was delayed then when it said delivered I didnt received anything. There's just no way......The delivery driver supposed to ask for my id then after proving my identification, i then sign for the package afterwards. If the driver did this process this would have never happened. Somebody out there got a free bicycle and this is not the first time this happened. I use the same address for all my Walmart orders so why these people keep sending a very expensive electric bike to the wrong place!.. The seller has not responded btw..
