The scooter arrived within just a few days of ordering. Unboxing was very easy and the tools needed for assembly were provided. The scooter is easy and convenient to use.

Just what I needed to take in the sights of casinos and malls I love to visit. I do not have to have a caretaker with me to watch that I don't fall or get too tired to make it back to my room. No gas bill. My motor scooter ensures I grow old gracefully. Thanks.

A good mobility scooter for the price and with a 1 year warranty by the manufacturer, I also grabbed the Allstate 3 yeat extended warranty because I plan to use this. I will share some of the measurements: the overall length is around 42 in long, height to the top of the handlebars and the main control/key display around 35 inches high and from the floor up to the seat where you sit approximately 21 and 3/4 inches high. A good way to get around for affordable price with no limitations.

Today despite not having any instructions on how to put the scooter together I did quite well and I am at 81 year old lady I couldn't find where to plug it in but finally I looked it over and looked it over and looked it over and I found it so I'll let you know as soon as it charges up a test charge up six hours I'll ride it up to get my mail and I'll let you know how it does .

No unpacking instructions, armrests were found under the main part of scooter, and you can't adjust the armrests height. Very short. The picture shows higher than they actually are. I'm 5' 3” and they are too short for me to use. It comes full throttle. I found I needed it turned way down. Every time you turn the motor on/off you need to adjust the engine brake. Very quietly operates. I highly recommend watching the assembly video before unpacking. I recommend having someone strong helping, unless you're strong enough to lift the box yourself, but then why do you need a scooter?

ordered Mar 18, 2025; Delivered on Mar 21, 2025 Santa Cruz, CA $449.00 Tax $42.65 = Total $491.65 Battery strength starts out peppy even uphill, but I weigh 225 pounds %26 it quickly weakens where it goes slower %26 seems to struggle to go uphill. It does go uphill though. Does not go 6.2 mph. If going downhill when you first unplug from charging, it may go 5 mph. My dad weighs 150; I think scooter works better for him. He is more impressed with it than I am. My daughter says she has to go at a fast jog to keep up with it to capture a video when Dad rides it. Wish it went faster %26 maintained speed. It would probably go 15 miles on a charge but it would get increasingly more slow as you ride. I wish we spent the $ %26 got a bigger $2,000 one that goes 15 mph %26 has shocks. Pretty wide turning radius. No shocks but even outside Dad's mobile home park, bumpiness does not bother me. Have never felt like it would tip over. Wish speed control was a four finger wide handle instead of one finger. You have to hold that finger level toward you the entire ride %26 my right index finger gets tired. Feel safe driving it out of Dad's steep driveway.

I purchased one before. In a way this has its pros and cons. This is faster and sits higher off the ground but it takes more space to go around corners, 4 wheels, and rides rough. My blue one has 3 wheels and goes around corners really good and the ride is smoother, but it sits lower and doesnt go as fast. Red 6 mph blue 3 mph.

Purchased this for a Christmas gift for my mom. She hasn't used it yet, but it was easy to put together and easy to ride. Great source of mobility for the price!

I purchased this scooter in December 2025. Within five months the battery dies within ten minutes of use. The seat broke at the si month mark and you can't purchase a replacement. This has become a giant, costly paperweight. I would not recommend this item.

hi, i ordered this item for my mom as a christmas gift and we finally put it togeather after the new year and the scotter will not drive it will only charge and make the charging vomplete sound contantly. we can never get it to move foward or backwards.
