I was given the privilege to be a part of a launch team which gave me an advanced copy of Enough, silencing the lies that steal your confidence by Sharon Jaynes-never participated in one before. My first thought was ”This would be a great book for me to read and use with the families that I work with.” I also knew that I could possibly use the information for myself, which I was excited to hopefully put some things to rest but at the same time was unsure if I was ready for the work. But from the moment I started reading this book, it was hard to put down. It was an easy read filled with applicable life changing truth! I love that this book uses scripture to back everything up but I've also found that the information was easy to use with non-believers. I mean truth is truth no matter how it's packaged. I believe this book Enough, can, does and will transcend through all cultures. It is a must read and over and over again. Who doesn't have those voices telling us we aren't good enough? In this book Sharon takes us through step by step how to recognize the lies, how to reject the lies and how to replace them with the truth of who we are. I am enough and so are you ! Don't pass up this opportunity to get your copy! It's so worth it! You won't be disappointed!

I received an advanced copy in exchange for my honest review. This book couldn't of came at a better time in my life. I've been working on this change in my thought life for many years. I've always known that I've been waging war with the enemy, but couldn't always identify with or recognize the lies that I allowed to be planted in my life. The truths in this book helped me to learn how to recognize and reject the lies of the enemy and to refocus on God's truth. With God's help strongholds are being broken and my thought life continues to shift in the right direction. I know that I am chosen, holy, worthy of God's love, and that I am enough. Because of these truths I can experience victory!

Sharon's writing just flows. This is an easy read, but packed full of goodness and truth. Women of all ages need to read this book. When I heard the title - I thought, WOW - I have had ENOUGH! The book really deepens your knowledge of the lie vs the truth. You hear the lies that have been spoken for years, that you have made truth in your life. In this book, Sharon helps you reveal the REAL truth of the Word of God. Because I have read this book, along with making changes in what I now believe as truth, I have begun spreading the TRUTH like butter on bread, to others.
