after 1 week the fleas are in the flea trap and no longer in the vaccum cleaner.
I had fleas in it as soon as I put it down and plugged it in! So thrilled to get the fleas in a safe odor-free method.
works great...no chemicals to worry about
Despite using regular flea treatments for our two cats (one indoor only the other indoor/outdoor), we had a small infestation in the heat of the summer. Based on prior reviews we went ahead and bought two of these traps. They actually work! After a coupl
They work great. In my case I use them to catch and kill fleas that my pants legs carry in the house from the outside lawn. Using 2 of the bug killers, I move them in different places of a room every week until I have covered the whole room. The really great thing is that it's much better than spraying poison that's harmful to pets and probably humans too.
These really do work! They are safe and don't use chemicals or sprays. Be sure to sit your trap where pets can't play with the sticky paper....under a couch is good!
these flea traps work great. i put them in more than one room. much better than spraying chemicals all over. they are just like little nightlights everywhere. i change the sticky pads every 6 months or so.
Excellent product .... wish there were more than 3 pads per box ... 6 would be more appropriate for the price.
This year we are being attacked by fleas. They are in the backyard, on the dog, and in the house. After topical spray ADAMS failed, bombing, Frontline, collar, yard spray and powder for carpet also failed, I got three of these traps. Right away I could see few of them stuck to the pad. Interestingly enough, fleas would jump on it only in one room; in other rooms they would totally ignore the trap. I could see them jump on my ankles near the trap (so they were around), one was sitting on top of trim but I never caught anyone with traps placed in locations, where there were not that many fleas originally. I would say these traps work 30% of the time. Also, lamps on them are incandescent (to produce heat) and irradiate bright light, which I do not like at night. These were the only incandescent lights in my house, so I expect higher utility bill soon.
Trapped not one flea.
