Im no matcha expert I don't use this daily so keep that in mind. I use it weekly at most and for that's is great. I love it the quality is great and nothing cheap - the chisel (the wooden thing) is good although a bit bristle Yet the job gets done with this. I'm happy
They really like this brand they have very good delicious thoughtful, detailed flavors to their products and this is one of my three yogurt
