I do like the idea of this, it did suck the smoke through, but it still smelled like smoke and the instructions should have had an English language not just pictures, cause I was left with an extra part which could not fit anywhere. I REALLY wished this worked but unfortunately it did not.

1. The instructions were hard to understand for assembling the product. The grease screen is already put together, but the air filter portion and the grease collector have to be assembled. The unit falls apart until I tape the edges together. 2. Once I figured out how to put the air filter and then the grease catcher together, I had to tape the edges together so the whole thing doesn't fall into your food. 3. The fan blades turn, but there is not enough suction to filter the air; thus, it did not work the way it is supposed to. It does cause a breeze if you need just a regular fan.
