Ensure is one of the best shakes I have had, especially the complete high 30mg protein and calories 350 and less carbs, less sugar

I only like the strawberry insurer complete. And it's been difficult to get lately. I really do not want substitutiends on that project ever, and besides that, it costs a lot and? If I get vanilla I cannot drink that it will make me ill

It is a good supplement but beware of the calories. If you have trouble maintaining your weight, this is for you. I received this in the hospital and have continued it for several years. All the flavors are creamy and smooth. I am partial to the chocolate %26 strawberry flavors. I trust the name "ensure" to provide accurate product info and consistency.

Tastes like pepto-bismal, not strawberry flavored. Does work as a brunch for me but buy a different flavor.
